Have you tried them? Are they satisfying? convincing for your system?
There are substitutes based on (PFBOC),perflenapent (DDFPe) and (C10F18)?
The only substitutes I’ve been able to use with any level of success are:
a varied mixture of vegetable juice, pomegranate juice and/or red wine
Other than that, nothing else really satiates, and the “craving” just weakens, then ebs and flows periodically
